Let's talk about sex, baby ♀ Part 1

Let's talk about sex, baby ♀ Part 2

December Haul 💰💸

As every year, December was the most expensive month. Christmas presents, Christmas markets with their delicious food, our annual Disneyland Paris Christmas trip - it's no surprise that I'm always broke once the New Year hits. I got so many wonderful things for Christmas and bought quite a few bits myself in December so I thought I could share them today.

Thanks to the new Mary Poppins movie that recently came out, there are plenty of new pieces of merchandise of everyone's favourite nanny.

This cutie was a Christmas present from my parents. She's from the World of Miss Mindy by Enesco and was released just a few days before Christmas. The carousel scene inside Mary's dress lights up and plays the musical tune "Jolly Holiday".

Weibliche Sexualität 🍯🍑 - Rant! 💥

Sorry to all my non-German followers, rants will be in German from now on!

In the Christmas bakery 🎶

Merry Gaudete Sunday, darlings! What a beautiful day. I woke up around 8 AM and almost burst with joy when I looked out of the window, where a winter wonderland greeted me! Yes, IT SNOWS! For the past three years, it always snowed on Gaudete Sunday. Unfortunately, the snow is always gone on Christmas Eve. Maybe a Christmas miracle will happen this year? Yesterday, I spend the whole Saturday in the kitchen. I baked 1kg of butter biscuits, 1kg of gingerbread men, soft gingerbread and two sheets of vegan orange-lemon cinnamon stars. Today I'll show you how I make my favourite gingerbread men and cinnamon stars.

Internet friends are real friends 👭

"Ooh, you make me live. Whenever this world is cruel to me - I got you to help me forgive." -Queen

The discussion concerning the question whether Internet friends are real friends or not is probably as old as the Internet itself. It's 2018 and I'm tired to talk about this topic but I guess there is still a need to talk. So let's do this. Today I'm going to speak about my experiences, both real life and online friendships.

Killer Queen 💋🎶

Simon fell in love with Blue. Donna kissed the teacher. Ruby and Sapphire got married. Bubbeline is finally canon. We got several LGBT characters in shows like The Handmaid's Tale, One Day at a Time, Atypical, Everything sucks! or Riverdale. And now, Bohemian Rhapsody came out. Hollywood, you're doing amazing sweetie.

The Christmas TAG 🎅🎄

1. What is your favourite Christmas film?
Christmas movies have a very special place in my heart. They belong to Christmas just as much as the decoration or the biscuits do. So once it's the day after Sunday of the Death, my movie marathon starts. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm a sucker for all the Hallmark movies. Is there any better thing to do then lying on the couch with a hot cacao, eating gingerbread and watching a cheesy Christmas movie? Even though I love all the classics like Love Actually, Elf or The Santa Clause, my heart belongs to the soppiest movie of all, A Christmas Kiss. Even though I have it on DVD and BluRay, I would wake up at 4 AM just to watch it. And yes, this happened before. Gosh, I just love this movie so much.

Picture is not mine! Belongs to Amazon.de

Here we go again ✨

A while ago, I wrote a post about things I'm looking forward to in 2018. It's unbelievable but in just a few days, it's November which means once the clock strikes midnight on the 31th October, then Halloween will end and bam - Christmas carols everywhere. So basically, the year is almost over. Let's see what this year has brought me so far.

Plot Twist - Depression!

Trigger warning for people who suffered from depression!

I decide what's best for my own life.
I am capable of being loved.
I am not the lies my brain may tell me.
I have value and a purpose.
Someone else's beauty or success doesn't take away from my own.
Life is no competition.
I deserve to be proud of my accomplishments.
I need to put myself and my health first.
Mental illness is not a choice.
An illness is nothing to be ashamed of.

Holy Grails, Wish Lists and Jabbering 💰✨

I'm way too emotional these days - even wrote a very personal post but I guess I will never publish it. However, my touch-typing method got rusty and I really need to practice it before going back to work again so I need to write at least something. That's why I thought I might share my wish list as I  really love reading other people's wish lists too. I will subdivide mine in three different categories: Disney, Figures, Steven Universe and The Handmaid's Tale.

Disclaimer: None of the pictures in this post are mine! They either belong to the Walt Disney Company (specifically the Disney Store, The Collection Shop and Disney Fine Art), Enesco, Secret Honey, Hulu, Love Live, ALTER or Banpresto.

Summer Break Announcement👋

There are only 15 days left before my parents and me will go to our happy place again. ♥ It's incredible how Disneyland Paris has become our home far away from home - and there is no place we'd rather be! So, before the big day, I still have a lot of things to do - get the last bits for my outfits, book the parade spots, watch loads of Disney movies, etc. Probably, there won't be any time for me to blog. We're off to Paris on July 16 and will return July 24 but right after that, I'll visit one of my dearest friends, Marina, in the Netherlands. I've never been to Amsterdam or Efteling before, so I'm really looking forward to this, especially since I've seen Mari the last time in Disneyland last summer. It's hard when your best friends live like 35665125665km away from you but it makes you even more happy when you have the ability to meet them again!

See you in August! ♥

The LGBT Tag 🌈

Disney bringing out all the pride merchandise is my favourite thing right now. ♥ Pins, clothing, ears and even food, I'm so jealous of all the park exclusives they have in the American parks! Fortunately, I still managed to get my hands on a few cute things. I hope I can attend Pride this year and wear them!

However, I found the LGBT Tag on Youtube and thought I'd give it a try. Here we go!

Happy Pride Month 🌈

Happy Pride Month, my fellow gays! It's incredible how time has passed, isn't it? Last year around that time, I was planning to come out to my family, which took another three months until I finally found the courage to do so, but it was the first time I was thinking of making it "official". My life has changed since then. A lot. It feels as if a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders. I don't have to pretend to be a person who I'm clearly not anymore.

TV, Netflix, Amazon and... - part 2 -

The Nanny

Plot:
Jewish-American Fran Fine turns up on the doorstep of British Broadway producer Maxwell Sheffield to sell cosmetics after having been both dumped and fired by her boyfriend and employer Danny Imperialli. Instead, she finds herself the nanny of Maxwell's three children: Maggie, Brighton, and Grace. Maxwell Sheffield is unhappy about it at first, but Fran turns out to be just what he and his family needed.

My opinion:
The classic. I don't think that there is any other TV show that I watched as often as The Nanny. My mum used to watch it when I was a child and little Sani always sat by her side and enjoyed the show. I'm pretty sure I'll watch it even when I'm old and grey as Grandma Yetta. This show never fails to put me in a good mood, it will never lose it's charm and sense of humour.

Scrubs

Plot:
Fresh out of medical school, new doctors John Dorian, his best friend Christopher Turk, and Elliot Reid start their internship at Sacred Heart Hospital. There, they meet the harsh Chief of Medicine Dr. Bob Kelso, J.D.'s reluctant mentor Dr. Perry Cox, nurse Carla Espinosa, and the deceitful and prankish Janitor. Also at the hospital are the wide range of personalities of Sacred Heart's staff. The new interns struggle to find confidence, love, and friendship through their first year, but by the end they seem to have found their footing.

My opinion:Another TV show I've watched endless times. It all started in 5th grade, I guess, when my brother would watch it ever day after school. Little me joined him, of course, and became just as obsessed. Seriously, Scrubs is one of the funniest shows ever. And it has J.D., the genderbend version of me. I never related more to a character on a TV show. It also has the best bromance in TV history and I aspire to have a friendship like J.D.'s and Turk's. But Scrubs is not only funny, it can also be really deep and sometimes devastating. It deals with death, loss, illness, life, relationships. It's so much more than just a sitcom.

Little Britain

Plot:
Matt Lucas and David Walliams, the creators of this character-comedy sketch show, delight in all that is mad, bad, quirky and generally bonkers about the people and places of Britain.

My opinion:You love it or you hate it. I love it. I don't know how it is in other places, but many people I know don't understand British humour. Little Britain is blunt, absurd and often pervert, but damn, why does everything has to be politically correct? It's hilarious and that's all that matters.

One Day at a Time

Plot:
This comedy series is based on a sitcom of the same name that ran from 1975 to 1984, and follows the life of a Cuban-American family. Penelope is a nurse in the Army dealing with depression and anxiety after returning from service; Schneider is Penelope's best friend, her landlord and a womanizer; Elena is Penelope's teenage daughter, who's dealing with personal issues that might affect her relationship with her family; Alex is Penelope's son, who's trying to be popular at school; Lydia  is Penelope's very traditional Cuban mother. In Season 1, the family go through changes and difficult times, and deal with issues such as PTSD, depression and relationship drama.

My opinion:Guys. This Show. I'd say it's the best sitcom that came out since the 8th season of Scrubs ended. I never binge watch sitcoms but this one is the big exception. Tell me any other sitcom that tackles serious issues like mental illness, LGBTQ topics, sexism, feminism, immigration, racism and more.
Representation matters and that's why One Day at a Time is so important today. But despite these heavy topics, it's still a delight to watch. I can't wait for the 3rd season. To anyone who hasn't Netflix yet, this show is the reason to get it.

RuPaul's Drag Race

Plot:
Join RuPaul, the most famous drag queen in the world, as the host, mentor and inspiration on RuPaul's Drag Race, the ultimate in drag queen competitions. Playing a dual role, RuPaul reigns supreme in all judging and eliminations, while RuPaul, the man, helps guide the contestants as they prepare for each challenge. Contestants include the nation's most outrageous, cutting-edge, talented and stunningly gorgeous drag queens all fighting for the title (and tiara) as top drag queen of the land.

My opinion:Another gem I found on Netflix. I'm really not into casting shows or reality shows in general but it's about DRAG QUEENS so how could I say no. My favourite queen is Sasha Velour. ♥

TV, Netflix, Amazon and... - part 1 -

I made some of the best choices I could have ever made as a couch potato - I got myself Netflix and Amazon Prime. Well, some might say it was a huge mistake, as now I do nothing else in my free time than watching shows but WHATEVER! It makes me so happy, never in my life had I such a big range of TV shows and movies! We do have pay TV at home but life is so much easier when you can watch your favourite shows whenever you want to. I literally watch everywhere I can - on my train, in front of my laptop, in my bed.

I really don't know how this started, but I always loved watching TV. I could never name all the shows I watched so far, sometimes I wonder if there even is a show on TV that I haven't seen yet.
So, today, I'd like to tell you about some of my favourite shows in general, non-anime and non-cartoon edition (as it's obvious that Love Live is my favourite anime and Steven Universe is my favourite cartoon). Let's get started!

Good night🌙

Since I've been a child, I've always adored the night. It's like a mythical figure - beautiful, magical and yet it scares me. I love looking out of the window and watching the night sky that is filled with thousands of stars and the bright moon. It makes me think of how big the universe is and that there is so much we haven't seen yet and will never see. The darkness of the night, however, scares me. As someone who believes in ghosts and paranormal activities, I feel like I'm at the mercy of all these creatures once the light is gone.

Once it's getting darker, my thoughts are getting deeper, too. That's also the reason why I usually write this blog at night. There are so many thoughts in my head that need to be vocalised (or at least written down). Probably everybody knows that feeling when you're lying in your bed, wanting to sleep and not being able to because thoughts are keeping you awake.

Little things I love in Disneyland Paris 🏰💖

My parents and I just returned home from a trip to my brother and his girlfriend. We had a magnificent time together! As we live quite far away from each other, we had to drive over two hours by car to meet them. During that ride, many thoughts were running through my mind. For the last four years, every time we packed our suitcases, it was for a Disney trip. I'm not a big fan of long rides, actually I hate them most times, but somehow, I enjoy them when going to Disney. It feels different. I thought of all the little things I enjoy when it comes to my happy place.

〜μ'sic Forever♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪〜

A few days ago, I looked at my School Idol Tomodachi profile and realized - I've been playing Love Live! School Idol Festival JP for over 1000 days now, 1018 to be precisely! I already had an EN/WW account before but my luck on it was terrible so I decided to give it up and focus on my main account.
